I went there in September. A very small hotel with a very simple reception It has a very small elevator that even a person can't fit with his luggage Worst of all is his room. The room was very dirty, the floor was not very healthy and clean. There is no dresser in the room, just a vertical box with 3 hangers The room was very dark. The whole building smelled of paint. There were no slippers and not even a simple phone to call reception in the room I even saw some cockroaches in the room on the second day Very very bad hotel..

Quarter of an elevator and super tiny rooms

The smallest rooms ever in a hotel and even though they say they have an elevator barely one person can fit in intact it’s half or quarter size of an elevator. We had heavy luggage so categorically requested for rooms close to the elevator but the reception staff would not listen and they gave one room on a mezzanine floor with no elevator access and with great difficulty we had to drag all our suitcases up the stairs. Very uncooperative staff. Overall a bad experience. No hygiene in the hotel and our rooms were not cleaned at all only they gave towels upon asking several times. Paying the same amount once can stay in a much better accommodation in Paris but please not at this terrible hotel with suffocating small rooms and bad breakfast.

Cockroaches in the room

I went to Jeff with a friend. First of all they make you pay when you arrive - before even seeing the room. And there is a reason. We found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom. When we told the receptionist, he wasn’t even sorry. We showed him a video of the cockroaches and he said we had brought them ourself and that we just wanted a free stay at the hotel when we asked for a refund. I have the receptionist on audio, where I ask “So you’ll do nothing about the cockroaches?” and he says “yes”. Do not go there! The most arrogant receptionist we have ever met. I have added a photo of two of the cockroaches from my video.

My previous comment was not accepted due to profanities. Well there is no other way to discribe dis disgusting excuse for a hotel . Stay away. They even robbed us for breakfast 4 dagys - we never booked breakfast . I suspect my 1000 Euros will never be refunded

Its a normal hotel, in a medium area not fancy for the price. The room was old fashioned and the breakfast not really good. The area was not very good also. Just in the limit to the entrance of a more normal places. We will not come back there again
